1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SCGM REPO website, applications, APIs, dashboards, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by or on behalf of Singapore Centre for Global Missions (“SCGM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
SCGM REPO is a shared missions data and collaboration platform for churches, mission workers, and network partners in Singapore. Features may include surveys, reporting, interactive content, presentation tools, and administrative functions. Availability of features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering, submitting forms, or using authenticated areas of the Platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform (including automated scraping or abuse);
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of an organisation.
5. Submissions and content
Information you submit through surveys, forms, comments, reactions, or other Platform features must be truthful to the best of your knowledge. You retain responsibility for content you provide. You grant SCGM a non-exclusive licence to use, store, process, and display submissions for Platform operations, reporting, research, and missions-related purposes consistent with SCGM’s objectives and applicable law.
Do not submit personal data of others unless you have a lawful basis and, where required, their consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, software, branding, and materials provided by SCGM, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Third-party services and links
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party sites or services (for example SCGM’s main website). Those are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in SCGM’s Personal Data Protection Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge that policy applies to personal data collected through SCGM systems, in addition to these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Missions data, insights, and reports are for informational purposes; decisions should not rely solely on Platform outputs without independent verification.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, SCGM and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to SCGM for Platform-related services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 100 if no fees were paid.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
